B.B. Energy Management S.A. in Athens is the operations base for all trade, physical and paper. It is the companies' administrative base keeping records of all the transactions done worldwide.

B.B. Energy's team in Athens has broad and long standing experience in the business as the majority of them have been working within the group for more than 20 years. Their experience plays a vital role in the day to day support of trade activity.

B.B. Management S.A.L in Beirut is the management center for the group's worldwide activities, and particularly the relations with the governmental and national oil companies in the Middle East.

 

B.B. Energy (Asia) Pte. Ltd. office in Singapore has an experienced trading team, operating across the industry while capitalizing on both the trading and the selective investment opportunities in the area. B.B. Energy was one of the first to open offices in that region in 1980 and helped develop it into the key global market place that it is today. Presently, over 60 companies trade in Asia with our presence being well established and highly regarded.


B.B. Energy (Gulf) DMCC was established in Dubai to emphasize its belief in the growing importance of the UAE region for refined product sourcing. Dubai increasingly challenges Singapore in the bunker market with sales close to 12 million tons a year compared to 16 million tons in Singapore. NYMEX are in the process of opening a commodities exchange in Dubai which, for the first time ever, will allow oil price discovery in the Arab Gulf. This exchange will not only trade crude oil but also Fuel Oil futures and will rival the Shanghai exchange in China over the coming years.

 

B.B. Energy Trading Ltd. office in London is staffed by experienced traders in the oil industry. It covers the regional activities of the group. B.B. Energy Trading Ltd. is active in the Mediterranean, Black Sea, Northwest Europe, Africa, North America, South America and the Caribbean.

Hypco SAL
Hydrocarbon Products Company "Hypco SAL" was established in 1965. Today it is one of the leading distributors in the Lebanese market through its network of service stations throughout the country. Hypco is also the sole distributor of Shell Lubricants in Lebanon.

3B Group

 

3B is a group of companies specifically organized as an integrated group for Bitumen. It consists of subsidiaries which concentrate on their respective areas of expertise:

 

3B Terminals

3B Terminals is responsible for the 3B group investments in shipping terminals. Maris Petrokimya, in the Free Trade Zone of Mersin, Turkey is 3B Terminal's most recent acquisition. As the only loading and discharging facility for Bitumen in the whole of the south coast of Turkey, Maris Petrokimya provides our group with a unique opportunity to develop the market in the region. It has a storage capacity of over 10,000 cbm for the sole use of Bitumen. The terminal is not only used for the supply of to the Turkish market, but also provides a strategic storage facility for re-export opportunities in the region.

 

3B Enerji - Istanbul

3B's Turkish trading company is responsible for sales of Bitumen and fuels in the local market.

 

3B Shipping

The shipping arm of the 3B group manages a logistics network through the charter and ownership of vessels, allowing us to optimize our Bitumen supply chain management.

 

3B Trading DMCC

The Dubai based international trading company is responsible for all Bitumen procurement for the groups' distribution and marketing requirements.
