BB Energy has launched its Company profile for 2026, providing in depth insights into the company’s performance across our trading, downstream and renewables businesses.

BB Energy 1 June 2026

2025 was marked by challenging market conditions, disappointing trading performance and focused transformation to respond to a volatile and rapidly evolving trading landscape.

Against a backdrop of structural change across global energy markets, BB Energy has continued to refine its business to reflect shifting demand patterns, evolving trade flows, and the progression of the energy transition. Over the past year, the Group has prioritised operational discipline, portfolio optimisation, and targeted investment in areas of growth, while continuing to strengthen its capabilities across trading, risk management, and new energy segments. This approach ensures the business remains competitive, adaptable and well positioned to capture opportunities in a changing energy system.

The Group traded approximately 34.5 million metric tonnes of petroleum products and liquid gases, expanding its presence in key markets, and progressing its investments in renewable and transition projects, including the launch of our environmental projects company, Everpath, and our new Power & Gas Trading business.

Operating in a complex and evolving global energy landscape, BB Energy focused on reinforcing the quality and resilience of its business. The Group reported revenues of approximately US$21.45 billion and a gross profit of approximately US$258 million.
