BB Energy Launches RCF Syndication 2025
BB Energy launched the Syndication of its 2025 Revolving Credit Facility 2025 in Dubai today.

BB Energy’s financial partners from around the world attended the launch event to hear from Group CEO, Mohamed Bassatne; Group CFO, Jacques Erni and Group Head of Corporate Finance and M&A, Fadi Kabalan.
To date, during the early bird phase, BB Energy has secured aggregate commitments of USD 255 million from eight BMLAs and seven early birds.
