Name Change for BB Energy’s DMCC Entities

In line with recent DMCC guidelines requiring all relevant free zone entities to adopt the new FZCO suffix in place of DMCC, these entities will now be known as:

• BB Energy (Gulf) FZCO
• 3B Trading FZCO
• BB Energy EMEA FZCO

Please note that only the company names have changed. All other details, including legal personality, registered addresses, boards of directors, registration numbers, banking information, and corporate details, remain unchanged.

Existing contracts with B.B. Energy (Gulf) DMCC, 3B Trading DMCC and B.B. Energy EMEA DMCC will continue in full force and effect and references to these DMCC entities shall be read as a reference to B.B. Energy (Gulf) FZCO, 3B Trading FZCO and B.B. Energy EMEA FZCO, together with any incidental changes needed to give full effect to this name change.
